Did you get any warranties n shit added? Ima tech at a dealership and tried to get a scat there with my grandma co-signing with 3K down, ain’t really go in my favor cause I make more than her she was good as far as credit tho. Car was around 33k and came me up to 41k out the door.. Any advice for the next time I try? (Using a bigger down payment and stronger co-signer next time) I’m 18.

Good credit or Good Job, or both? I have a good job and decent enough credit around 600+ but it’s still hard for me to get approved
need 700 or higher to start seeing good rates, 650 or higher to get approved, but also then again under 700 it’s hard for a bank to decide to give you that loan, These cars get repo’d all the time gang. I would advise getting your credit right.

@@toxiicmayhemzz6686 Maybe, I wouldn’t roll the dice cause if they pull your credit and you don’t get approved you’ll walk out with a lower credit score. I’d save 10 - 15 , look for one pre owned (under 30k miles) and open up an account with your local credit union because they’ll give you the best interest rate. otherwise bro get to that 680+ threshold.
