The best way to describe it would be a game of chess where you have your pawns and pieces and they do as they’re told, the commandos on the other hand would be akin to someone only having five pieces however those pieces are all queens.

Hey Tim, love the show. If you can figure out how to get your headset audio to match Ross and Mike it will really raise the production value of your show. Sounds like your headset is off and only the camera is picking up your audio.

TN fan here but kudos to Creighton. I watched when you took out UCONN during regular season and was nervous about TN had to face you in NCAA tournament. Much respect to your team and super classy coach. You’ll be back again next season.

I wished the Jays had won. As a Friar fan, I was pulling for them to win it all. Lots of good players, lots of good guys. An easy team to like. And now I have to pull for UCONN as difficult as that may be.

Epic win, as Coach Mac shared last night. Playing at higher tempo than Oregon and hitting the offensive boards were huge keys last night. Win. Advance. Jays back to Sweet 16 😎

That Nova game ended up being closer than you thought. DePaul was one play from crushing their chances of making the ncaa tournament. Can’t wait for our Jays to step on the court tomorrow night against Providence

you guys lost that game in the second overtime and the refs called the phantom foul.

Creighton is way overrated. Kalkbrenner is ok,not that good. UConns bench is as good or better than Creightons starters. Face it, Our defense is the reason Creighton looked bad. 48 points. Wow!

Saying UConn was beatable tonight at home kinda feels like you missed it. Newly ranked #1, $2 beer night, Clingan back off the bench. They were up 20. Creighton played great defense. Uconn played better defense and is a better, deeper, more athletic team. Coaching a push.

Newton leads the team in Rebounds with 6 per game. I think you guys are a little tough on Creighton. They missed their shots when they had them and got out rebounded. UConn can win in many different ways, they’ve proven this.

Well UCONN was just better. Didn't shot as well as they usually do but that is just one aspect of basketball. The defense and rebounding is UCONN's identity also. So stop with the it wasn't as if UCONN played good. They did because the defended and rebounded well. That's part of the game too. It's not just about shooting. UCONN had better athletes man. Newton, Karaban, Castle, Sampson, Hassan, Clingon are great athletes.

Ncaa is a business. Came from the top for this game to be called that way there is no doubt in my mind, and I'm a Notre Dame fan. They made sure SDSU was in the game. If they call more fouls creighton has the obvious advantage so they took that away. The big guy in the middle for you guys was getting mauled all game and no calls. Ncaa is a corrupt organization which is why I love NIL and the transfer portal and is evening the competition now which helps the teams like creighton make the elite 8. Congrats on a hella tourney run.

Funny to see how all the big media outlets are going with the notion it was an obvious foul. To me it looked like an obvious flop when he realized he short armed it. Lee cassel is the refs name by the way and go look up his debacle he was responsible for between duke and virginia earlier this year.

You ain’t lying about Houston. NRG is southwest of downtown and there is nothing by it. Most people are gonna have to stay in downtown proper, the Medical Center or an called Upper Kirby area (basically where Rice University is). I live in the other side of downtown. Hope the Jays make it!

Marquette fan here- first of all great game and I think it would be fun to meet again. As for the calls: Kalk Omax: Terrible call Nembhard: let the players decide the game, too ticky tacky. Scheierman: no way you should call a foul on the heave y’all are crazy. Overall I think it balanced out. Kolek got a couple bad whistles and the refs missed a couple moving screens on Kalk early on. Glad Tim see’s Kolek’s talent, the guy is legit as it gets and a very deserving POY. Great podcast
