Advantages of Live Data for the Organistion & CQC
We asked one of our current customers what made their company decide to start using PBS Champion and they were very clear one of the main advantages for them was having easily accessible live data.
Any member of the team (with the right permissions) is able to access live information about what is happening within their services, meaning they know exactly what has been happening, how behavioural incidents have been responded to and how the person has been supported.
CQC are always very reassured when they know a manager can access this kind of data very easily.
