yes you can but you need a very fast reaction, just watch the ball until it flew a bit after the player kick. i use this trick and mostly i can save the penalty but also still hard to do it.

@Y2ezProduction Reading the foot movement is the easiest way , I'll try to make a detailed video on this . The thing which you're saying is the toughest call . A blink and the ball gone .
