Ohhh. In our country, if you let them take the cups outside after they dine in, they would just throw it somewhere else improperly. So to reduce waste and incorrect way of throwing garbages, we just ask them to leave it in the table so we can do the recycling correctly. Sad but this is the reality in our country.

Awwww. This really warms my heart. I’m really trying to manage my time and responsibilities. So far, I’m doing good. Just sacrificing most of my social life. I’m doing whatever I can to lighten my burdens and anxieties by taking one step at a time. For the accounting and tax filing, I already hired a professional. I also have a helping hand in the store. I work with my mom. But other than that, I simply take all the responsibilities such as social media management and marketing. I really hope I can hire another staff in the next few months once I settled everything in the kitchen renovation. Hopefully 🤞🏻 Everything’s good now compared to the previous months. Thank you so much. I don’t know you personally but your words felt like you know what I truly feel. I have my mom with me and my brother helps sometimes in taking and making orders (when he's not busy in school). My father takes the pickup of ingredients most of the time. This is actually a very good question because some coffee shop owners have dedicated baker or crew to help them manage the tasks in the store. Since it's just me and my mom in the cafe (my brother helps sometimes), I always try to juggle my tasks. I bake, cut cakes, make doughs, and etc during our slow hours or when we finish taking and serving all orders. However, this leads to having no display in the chiller during rush hours. They sold out fast. Also, I bake cakes a night before we display them so we can cool them overnight before cutting the next day. We do this everyday. :)

I like your contents and every time I watched your vlog's I am inspire by your passion, dedication, hardworking, and you are enjoying what you are currently doing in your daily life. Congrats to your business! I work for 6 months and 15 days as Travel Agent I was absorb after I finished my OJT to that small TA that hired me, I give it a try to their offer to us to work for them while I am waiting to our Graduation Day. At first it was scarry to out of from my comfort zone, it was fun to explore but it's kinda stress, toxic, and I feel this was not the place where I can able to continue grow. I finally decided to resign to my first ever job experience. Right now, I was confused, sometimes I feel lost at 25, even I am just got graduate. Maybe this is what the feeling of being "tambay" or due to I was overthinking I was being stock here they called "Midlife Crisis" I don't know what should I do in my life🥺😭. I try to open up to my family that I am trying to find a new work life balance with nice salary where I can able to support myself and start to moving out from to our home it was my dream plan to achieve since when I was a young. Today I still live with under the care of my family, I don't have a job and I am broke but I only have Php 2k left on my wallet. Even they don't force me to have a job agad and to help my family to show my gratitude and grateful for their raising me so well. They don't agree with my idea due to my health history before when I was a kid I got done a operation due to I have Congenital Heart Disease then, at age of 13 we discover that I have a Scoliosis so I go for surgery due to maybe the cause of wrong moves of the Doctors while I am operating in my heart. The cost of my operation was half a million pesos but the money it was not all us because through the power of prayer and faith in God He send good people to help me that's the reason I survived and I am still alive. Even my family don't agree to my plan they still support me and I understand that they are just concerned to me. But I don't like to be forever depends to my family mostly I am in adulting stage, and how can able to live when they are not stay with me forever? I am still balance to take and apply to myself their advices to me. I was really inspire through watching your vlogs. I love baking and I have a dream to build a Cafe except Restaurant (my Mom's dream I like to make it happen.) My family they like me to handle it. The problem is I don't know how to start and manage it successfully. Plus, the major problem here in our community is the rent is so big like lugi and everytime we are selling there are some people that was happy for us, while some other people that was felt insecure to us because their customer was not continue buying to them even we don't force those customers and it ends they copying our business that were selling. I am not that too expert enough but I only have a little knowledge in terms of entrepreneur and making business plan from the learnings that teaches us by the school and Prof as well. Based in my experience study and real world of work is so different. If you don't mind, can you give me some advice about how to start running a Coffee Shop? How much capital should I use to start that is a budget friendly? Where to find a budget friendly suppliers, tools, and other things that is needed within this career. Wish me luck I want to start my dream this coming next year and I hope to be proud and happy just like how I am to those aspirant and inspire to start their coffee career goals in life.
