Thanks for sharing your thoughts and insights on these topics and issues. While you’re right about performing due diligence in selecting the “right” Contractor, it is only one part of the process. I think the real problem is getting an honest and trustworthy contractor that will use the money paid for the job accurately!

Hi Victor, please I have a question. Is it ok to build a 4 bedroom bungalow with 10mm rods? Land is level and dry, foundation is chained, lintel also chained all around. Pillar/ columns well casted but all with 10mm. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you

@@johnmonday1218 first whats the rationale behind using a 10MM rod knowing fully well that your house might carry loads such as parapet and your roof as well. I hope you also factored in the fact that there are different types of rods in the market right now, if you got the right rods then its fine, but pls when investing on a building project its important you kill any form of compromise because the consequences are beyond emergency repairs.

That’s not so true sir, the fact that people got married and divorced is not enough reason why others shouldn’t get married. If there is anything I pay attention to, as a marketing plug I take my time to do due diligence before marketing any property. If you have proper knowledge about landed property you will agree with me that investing in lands isn’t a journey for the weak because it is where wealth reside, so it’s only those who take their time to connect with the right plug that benefit from the reward that comes with investing in lands.
