@@desmonde.e378 thank you for your structured submission and this is the answer to your question, if you do your deed of transfer from a road side typist and the land now have issues the moment you get to the court and the judge realize that your deed wasn’t signed by a registered lawyer your case will be thrown out of the court but if you had a registered lawyer signed it the lawyer can appear as witness because his seal is on the document which further gives you an edge on the case. Most times we tend to outsmart professional but somehow somehow there is always a way it get back to us, so I advise pay a registered lawyer to draft your document

I have done that in time past and it has led to client having issues on their job with their engineers because they tend to argue thinking all projects are same, if you desire to know the materials to be used for your project your engineer will tell you.

@@abokoeguale9783 thanks for your observation, building projects are executed in stages and your thoughts were right but at times circumstances can also make us adjust this plans. Usually before an oversight concrete is done, its important that proper sand filling followed by rammering is achieved to ensure firmness but because the client wanted a speedup on the project we needed to adjust the plan owing to the fact that an adequate plinth has also been installed on the project.

​@NaijaProjectHub What about DPM to curb damping?? Plinth beam does NOT stop water rising to the foundation.. Edo state is a rain forest .. German flooring is very important with Damp proofing....
