Any reason not to build the walls flat and then raise them into place and screw together? Assuming you have adequate room of course? Also since the one side is so close to the fence how're you going to get back there to attach the siding?

Great build! Sorry for being a d!ick and pointing out that ideally that heat pump should be 300mm of the wall and without that shed in front of it.
