Where’s the fading down

I have 3 screws in mine but the blade won’t move close enough to zero gap. Do I need to change the bracket to a 2 screw before I’m able to zero gap them? Or can I zero gap the way it comes stock w the 3 screws?

I just got some of these earlier this year. And they get way too hot and stiff when adjusting the blade. Kept it oil and everything don’t know what else to do
