Thanks for the video, how did u change the units from a percentage figure to just a single unit. I.e in the unit columns instead of typing 100% as a single resource for a person, u are just putting 1 person is going to do d job as a resource. Please explain to me, because the default in ms project is in percentage, so how did u change that?
