Thanks for sharing. I preserve my pap this way too but I portion them in bigger sizes and bring out one each time which I leave in the fridge to taw. I don't want to be waiting for pap to taw while I am preparing my kids for school and trying to get ready myself in the mornings. Because it is well dried, it doesn't get bad.
