    Tips... kung gusto mo talaga gagawin mo at Pamilya...I was 13 ako nagsimulang manigarilyo sa probinsya hanggang nadala ko bisyo ko sa Manila hanggang dito sa US simula ako sa Phillip at Hope menthol brand ko😅😅😅 sabay beer nahinto lang ako mula sa Asawa ko na 3 Clog sa Puso surgery 😢and few months noong pumutok yung covid yes i totally quit smoking since 2021 no meds no patch totally quit. Sintomas naramdaman ko ... pinapawisan,natutukso ,dry mouth ,di mapakali paubo ubo labas ung phlema ,tapos mixed with covid mild symptoms noon,weight gain ...Tips! Drink hot tea ,workouts keep you busy and control your mind/temper and relaxation techniques ...im 55 now and 3 years!!! Na akong smoke free

      @@ericlim8150 Normal lang yan at marami ka pang pag dadaanan at pagsubok, opinion ko lang to at para sa akin diba kapag nagyosi or damo noong kabataan natin lol yung usok napupunta sa skull natin kaya feeling mo sabog saka lakas tama diba? kapag totally quit ka ung usok or buga ng yosi or damo sa tagal unti unting babalik sa dati ung utak mo .

    16 years akung nag sigarilyo Ang masasabi ko lang napaka hirap talagang mag quit sa sigarilyo pero kng gusto mo ito talagang itigil kakayanin mo para sa sarili mo.
