Both door continue to allow the ingress of water and wind to penetrate our home. Do not buy your doors from this company, go elsewhere, don't be fooled by the advertising. Customer service / satisfaction / product quality is non existent. Almost 6 years later and the company refuse to remedy the situation.

It’s not a better product same old crap Jason came out to my rock door he didn’t care it’s drafty hinges are drafty he told to put sponge in the drainage holes to stop drafts not bad for £4000 pound door.

Do not buy rock door in winter they are cold drafty and condensation on the inside of the door all 3 hinges are wet in cold weather carpet and walls are damp due to this door I had fitted from Congleton glass do not buy you will regret it.

At 9.50 you mentioned having to turn your heating up to compensate for the cold air a trickle vent will let in ? sort of defeats the object of having an energy efficient window in today’s world of energy crisis

Since this video was made, KB product have been exposed as being a very poor product. The paint does not bond (sink into) the surface. The paint chips and comes off with the slightest of contact.
