To be fair, at this point at the story Angel showed no inclination to change, he repeatedly called the project pointless and that he made very clear that he's here only because he could live there rent free. He completely sabotaged everything in the pilot episode where he made Charlie look like a joke on live TV and afterwards in the car on their way home he even mocked her for that relentlessly. Remember "jokes are funny - I made you look sad like an orphan with no arms or legs..."? I like Angel and we all know there's more to him, but at this point in episode 2 it's pretty clear why Charlie doesn't expect much of him.

Glad you're reacting supernatural academy it's one of my favorite shows of 2022 and I'm really into the supernatural genre and this got me binged the entire show in one day and i immediately loved it the characters are great and lovable and the story got me engaged it was a mix of harry potter the mortal instruments and percy jackson for me it had magic and supernatural monsters/beings in it and it even convinced me that mermaids are considered supernatural creatures as well but awesome reaction video on one of my favorite shows of all time 👏🏻🤩
