They are not super rare they are rare in wildlife explotation preserve there is 4 gurrabted spawns of loot midgets

@@lukablazevic9452 I'm not talking about regular loot midgets you can find in any ordinary crate or chest, like later on this video. Rare loot midget psychos, as shown at 15:14, are SUPER rare to find. There are some SUPER rare variations of loot midgets, which have less than a .0001% (maybe lower) spawn chance. These are the Loot Midget Psycho (as shown at 15:14), Loot Midget Goliath, the Loot Midget Rat, and I think there's another variant, but I can't remember it. Anyway, the Loot Midget Psycho spawn is SUPER rare. I have over 1500 hours in BL2 and seen less than 5.
