Gorf (Intellivision, 2020) - uncut longplay, no commentary
I'm a big fan of Gorf (Arcade, 1981) and consider it to be the best fixed shooter of them all (sorry Galaga). That's because it brilliantly incorporates features from its predecessors (Space Invaders, Galaxian, Tempest, Phoenix, etc.) plus voice samples! I've always had a soft spot for chatty classic games like Berzerk.
This homebrew for Intellivision is one of the few conversions to feature the "Galaxians" screen and is very well done. I missed being able to go up and down with the ship. And the difficulty is also a little on the easy side.

Esse é daqueles jogos que só têm dois níveis de dificuldade: easy e hard. A principal diferença é que no modo hard o controle de Namakubi - a cabeça gigante voadora - que já não era nenhuma Vic Viper, consegue ficar ainda pior. Até o final é o mesmo. Uma coisa interessante neste jogo é que ele é mais fácil de terminar SEM morrer. Quando Yuko morre as armas perdem nível e as melhores armas não aparecem tantas vezes assim - é preciso coletar a mesma arma repetidamente para melhorá-las (até 3 vezes). A strange thing about this game, like the original Castlevania for NES, is the way the levels are counted - by dividing them into stages. For example, the first level has three stages, as shown in the video. A loop has 24 stages. Musha Aleste: Fullmetal Fighter Ellinor - Compile, 1990 (japanese release) MUSHA tem fama de fácil, mas não é bem assim. O que vou falar poderá ser ofensivo à alguns: Poderiam ter substituido as Sprites "digitalizadas" horrendas do 3 pelas do 1 ou 2 no Hack do Road Rash 3.
Já tem a versão 1.1, da para colocar musicas de CD, SEGA MODE 1, mas ainda não consegui
Nem tentei o lance das músicas... O que me interessou mesmo nesses hacks do Ti para a trilogia de Road Rash no Mega foi o fato de que agora é humanamente possível terminar os jogos. No primeiro RR por exemplo é osso controlar a Diablo no nível 5, você tem talvez 2 frames para controlar a moto em diversos momentos... Ficou bem mais fluido com o hack! Se bem que terminei o jogo inteiro em hardware original usando o Mega Everdrive X5 e não é TÃO suave como no vídeo ( usando o Genesis GX no Retroarch), mas comparando com o original melhorou bastante.
