I just got the same bike but the 14.4KW battery + Type 2 charger it’s brilliant! Nice vid.

I wasn't able to recognize the valve in the picture. How the valve causes rough idling wasn't mentioned. Was the valve (partially) stuck open/closed? How to check if the valve not faulty? This video needs way more to meet my expectations at least.

you probably spent more money at B&Q DIY stores on the plastic pipes than doing it proper, throw it all away in the bin and start again, use RAMAIR filter 90 degrees elbow pipe and silicone pipe from throttle body keeping the same pipe diameter cos as air goes in to the throttle body passing thru different size pipes it alters the air intake as the MAP sensor constantly adjusting air to fuel ratio which you wanna keep it constant and less fueling.

i think the window bung fits the other way round, insert from the outside, large on the outside, small to the inside.

Have you check the linkage cable on top of gearbox under the bonnet under the battery tray sometimes they split where the pin is and thats same symtoms you have just replaced mine and now works fine

Those bits you cut on the sensor you just push them back with a flat blade and they ruckle up behind and hold sensor in place no need to cut

No need to remove the bumper you can get up behind it easily lying on the floor 👍

Didn't know it was so easy. Left my Aygo at the mechanics when a change was needed, cost like 350 EUR.

Learned one thing the hard way. The 3rd time I did this, the rubbergasket from the old filter stayed on. So I got 2 gaskets when i put on the new filter. Causing a leakage. Not fun.

Accidentially broke my connector from the window while putting in sunscreen. Gonna try and fix it using conductive glue. Not sure if it will work.

I've got a zero had it now 2 years now the most range I got is 127 on eco mode its OK zero could have done much more to this bike like Traction control it has lots of faults which could have been corrected in new models . I can go on but I won't maybe I do my youtube channel before I get rid

It's the location that's the problem. It's sucking hotter (less dense) air in that location, than the stock airbox set up does. = power and certainly torque reduction.
