Team around the student webinar
A webinar for Practice Educators, On Site Supervisors or anyone interested in undertaking either of these roles in the future. In the climate of more flexible working patterns, greater ability to work at home, dispersed teams and fewer in person activities in certain sectors, this webinar will consider some key areas to consider in the planning and delivery of student placements.
This training aims to increase people’s confidence in their ability to provide high quality student placements and to re imagine how a team approach is possible in the current working environment.
Topics will include planning for placements, placement expectations, placement experiences and support both for students and yourselves. It will also include the voice of students and top tips from experienced Practice Educators. The role of the team will be explored along with ideas on how to create a “Team Around the Student” approach to student placements.
