Third run of the day timed at 140 MPH on a 1992 CBR600F2 running the in MPS-G 650cc class. Tachometer seems to shut off around 11500 rpm due to a signal output issue from the ECU. ECU is going to be replaced for the next event as it is insufficient for the current plans for the bike. This was my rookie event on the salt, I will be putting more work into the next entry and go after a record.

Rabbit ran onto the course around the "Riverside" section of the course. Went slightly wide to avoid running over it while leaned over. Wobble is caused by getting on brakes too heavy, the other rider did not touch me (just got real close). You can see the rabbit in my visor if you frame by frame it. Speed entering turn probably 95-100 mph. B Group @ TrackDaz org.

Last pass of the day Sunday 11/12/2017 at the SCTA El Mirage meet. Speed through the traps was ~123mph. Rookie meet for me at this location. Class was MPS-G 650cc. Hopefully next meet I can time a much higher speed.

GJ. can you not reload during transitions? probably could have saved a second if you did it after the 2nd station.
You can, I need work on that as well as some other manipulations. I always used a glock platform and I'm still adjusting to this 1911 style one

Looks like a people show. Was hoping to see some close ups maybe some interiors but it didn't happen disappointing sorry.
It's my first time using this camera for this, I just did a quick loop. I'll be sure to do a few more close ups and slow down on the next one

@@tormado This thing is quite evolved since I've posted the video. It's running nitrous and has a built motor now, but yes there's better power. Also the software let's you create a map given your engine parameters. It's pretty intuitive

Hi Joey, I'm 17 and came to Speed Week for the first time last year from England. It was an absolutely amazing experience! How many cylinders is the engine, and what bore size are you running? The car sounds awesome! :)
Sticky Situation Jr Dragster Team Hey! The engine is a 4 cylinder motorcycle based design, the bore varies depending on the setup displacement, either 1 liter or half liter. We retired this car a few years ago and are now working on a new motorcycle to run up at speedweek. Hope you make it to the salt many more years!
Joey Lingua Thanks for the information. I look forward to seeing you on the salt in future years to come! So in the K engine class are you allowed to run up to 500cc, or are you limited to 30CI (491cc)?
