On v1-2-2-0 ( august 2024) for android. Be in same wifi network 2 ,5Ghz before beginning add SB hub 2 to google home. From main house name page-> press termperature/humidity value relative to you hub2 -> on top right press gear icon ->press menu name " configuration matter" ->SB generaye a code to use with google home when add register hub 2 device to another compatible device ( hub 2 can t do that ...google nest hub can do that).the matter code is a predefine number ( not random ) that we can find on a glue paper on the right side of hub 2 device.

三角オープナーもピンも捨ててしまって電池交換の時に焦りましたが、ピンはiPhoneのsimトレーのピンで、オープナーはマイナスドライバーで代用出来ました。 何ならオープナーはスプーンでも大丈夫でした笑

How is this working with the Jimmy proof lock considering the locking mechanism doesn't tell the device what state it's in

Absolute security risk I would like to share my experience with the product and the support here and I advise everyone not to buy this product. I bought the SwitchBot Lock Pro + Hub Mini Matter Enabled + Keypad Touch and Dual Power Pack on 16 June 2024 via the manufacturer's website. After about 3 days this was also with me. The battery pack was not included - only when I asked did I get the answer that this was not available and would only be delivered at a later date. I also bought an ABUS locking cylinder with keys from Amazon. I then installed everything the following Sunday. First the ABUS locking cylinder, then the "SwitchBot Lock Pro", there are 2 adapter plates included and one of them fitted me, a magnet then had to be attached to the door frame. To install it, I had to download the app onto my mobile phone. I was then able to connect to the Lock Pro via the app and was then able to calibrate it using the instructions (opening and closing) - I then installed the latest firmware. Opening and closing via the app worked fine. I then installed the "Keypad Touch". First insert the batteries and then connect via the app - then a connection had to be established between the "Keypad Touch" and the "SwitchBot Lock Pro" - this failed several times and only after I had installed the latest firmware on the "Keypad Touch" was a connection to the lock possible. I didn't use the hub for the time being because I don't have a "Matter"-capable device at the moment. On Sunday, opening and closing worked perfectly via the app and also via the keypad. Then on Monday, my wife called me at work to say that she could no longer get into the house. I then went home from work. The door no longer opened. The keypad confirmed the entry and you could also hear the motor from outside, but it only opened the "lock bolt" and no longer the "lock latch" - as my wife and I hadn't taken a key with us, we couldn't get in at first. I couldn't open the door via the app either - despite locking and opening it several times, the drive still failed to open the "lock latch" - the app displayed "Drive blocked". Fortunately, I found the "emergency unlocking" function in the app before I wanted to call the locksmith. With this function, the drive also managed to open the "lock latch". Once we were back in the house, I immediately recalibrated the "SwitchBot Lock Pro" and it worked again without any problems until the afternoon: We were in the garden and suddenly the front door opened as if by magic - we hear this as we have a bell wind chime hanging on the door and when the door opens this hits the wind chime and the bells play.... We didn't have a mobile phone with us in the garden at all, so we couldn't have activated anything by chance and I'm apparently not the only user to whom this has happened (see another user's post: www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/11wea3g/beware_of_switchbot_locks/?rdt=52610 or www.amazon.de/gp/customer-reviews/R1OA1RUR1XVIJL/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0CR67GWML). The app's log says "manual opening" at the time - but nobody was in the house... This thing is a security disaster - imagine going on holiday and then the door opens - no insurance will cover such damage if the place is empty. The next disaster is the support. I dismantled the lock immediately after it opened automatically as if by magic and reported my problems to support and asked for it to be returned. They only want to see logs and refuse to give me a free return. Fortunately, I still have a 30-day right of return, so I now have to send the lap abroad to Poland at my own expense. I can therefore only advise anyone not to make the purchase. There are masses of negative reviews on the manufacturer's website - the reviews are only ever sorted according to the positive ones, which says it all...

This is really irritating that you don’t make this or other additionally accessories readily available or obvious about where to get them.

I don't have a bracket A or B with my SwitchBot Lock Pro. Only one bracket was packed with it and it's different to the two displayed here. Any help?

At -43 seconds are the hardest part to install, 4 micro hex screws. This video shows indoor door not exterior doors have moulding and trims making very hard to insert and screws. I’m diy person with a lot of patience but these 4 screws are flaw to the worse I have ever come across! Those micro screws are never lined up, I was able to screw one on each side and it took me long long time to get those screws in! There are time i’m pretty angry to get those mounted as again I was patience person but this has pushed to the limited! The united work so far, will know few months down the road! I will see if the support ram has any solutions to get those 4 screws hole line up!
