Thanks for this. My family is from Rockwood. You drove down the street that my mom grew up on. Her dad unfortunately took his own life down at Watts Bar Lake in Rockwood in 1971. Though I never lived there myself, I always felt a strong connection to this little town.

I lived and went to college (SEC) from '84-'95. Lived the last 27 years in SoCal and now in Iowa. Lakeland sure has changed since I was there! thanks for this.

Grambling is the home of Grambling State University. It’s a black college campus with a lot of history and culture at its core. The late Eddie Robinson is the reason why people want to go there. The university's football team, the Grambling State Tigers, is particularly renowned and has produced many notable alumni and NFL players.

Rent a boat next time and go thru the canals behind the homes--that would be way more interesting.

I am half way thru and still looking for hustle and bustle experience this video says it is? Sights and sounds? The vehicle one is in and tires on the street? Where is street-level businesses, eating places and retail? A train did not even pass by though I see some rail. Maybe recorded on a sunday and early Still says hustle and bustle of Houston. Am missing it? This could be after-effects of a human erasing event. Starts our nice enough goes by some nice multi-residential housing. Just in the office core area it is lacking street attributes for people and the people. I get it has a tunnel network used garage to office. Just how can you make it welcome for tourist if it is as this? Surely, there is some time of day or day of the week that people get out and about and surely it is hot, but seems like all videos show little on streets.
