Antiquity (and The Great Zimbabwe, and Indonesia lol) have been living on my shelves for a long time unplayed. Finally taking a stab at Antiquity in particular this week and your video was really helpful in consolidating concepts better than the rulebook does. Thank you!

That was fun to watch! Your opponent could have ended the game on Turn 12 by placing the grave on a cart--the rule is that you have to have one functioning building of each kind, so it's possible to disable one cart as long as at least one other is grave-free.

One thing I don't think you explained, unless I missed it, is how you get assistants. You showed us the six assistants, but did not tell us how you get those cards. Please clarify at your convenience.

At the beginning of your video, I thought you were going to ramble too much, but you really stepped up and explained the start of the game perfectly and comprehensively, with some great humor to boot! Thanks for the play-through. You did quite well. I barely win against the easiest AI - Earl. I've had the game on my iPad for a while, but I've only recently really got the hang of the rules. Now I'm loving it and contemplating getting a physical copy of the game (this or Railways of the World).

Nice! Oh and companies with loans can't do cheap train buy/sell, so I will humbly accept 4th place.

2:30 I think you were thinking of Age Of Industry. Age Of Steam is the original railroad game, after which came Railways Of The World (originally called Railroad Tycoon) and Steam. BTW... I just came here from your Steam: Standard Game video. You did a good job!

Thanks for your play-troughs Rachel, I really enjoy them! I finally got this on Steam, because the app crash on my Android, then I found out Legendary can't be played offline :( not even singleplayer, weird... Oh well, maybe I've found a good reason to buy the boardgame :) Happy gaming!

Why did you research Journalism right after taking Multimedia which are the same building-type? Wasn't that just wasting 6 Research-Points? :o The easy AI is really bad at bidding for colonies and generally way below your skill-level. ^^

I think you are a little too good to be playing against the easy AI opponents. Very well explained.

Other good games you could take a look at: - Through the Ages: My current favorite - Steam, Rails to Riches: I prefer Age of Steam rules and the AI is weak but still worth looking into - Brass: Didnt't play with the app yet but it's a great board game
