You can't edit in the USPTO system, in order to change input you must cancel session at the bottom, and submit a new application. That could be some useful information in a new video.

Hi, I have a full patent on a safety device that will be expiring soon. The attorney told me it would be about $6,000. to get it up-to-date. I can’t afford that but I would like to continue being the rightful intellectual property owner. Would it be a good idea to do a provisional patent on it now? And just keep doing that until I can afford to do another full, National Patent?
