Lot's of great insight, thank you for being so transparent about the business logistics. As a similar brand, focused on tee's, we struggle with Influencer Marketing not converting into sales, and therefore, more for a brand awareness type of benefit. Hat idea is a much safer bet. I live in a one bedroom apartment with my wife, daughter and dog, and I can tell you, our bedroom is filled to the nines, and my wife is going to kill me. Totally not necessary, and if I could give any advice for any t-shirt brand is start with a fulfillment center until you grow your customer base. Once you reach 24 (the minimum for screen printing) that is when I would begin doing pre-order and having a tiny bit of inventory. Great listen, thanks everyone!
