We almost made the move there, but on the way back on the Ferry, our gut feelings told us there were too many issues...Maybe someday as a second home because there are fewer issues like moving furniture, changing addresses, or business related such as a gross receipts tax that is levied on the seller of goods or provider of services. That's about it, but still enjoy the videos. lol.

I do not believe any of these homesite have "walk out" access, but most will be able to accommodate "walk UP" access.

Thanks for the comment Matthew. This community is located between Lewes and Rehoboth, so with that convenience comes being located closer to Coastal Highway. Also, this style community does have the home placed closer together than other communities. Just a different style, so all depends on what the buyer is looking for.
