Yes, it appears to be the entire street are paying for septic system management on a yearly basis an extra cost of approx $ 12-14 K depending on number of people in the house. Council should review this as collectively the annual cost from all the houses may be an easy ROI in 2 years…

@@Neutralu2c Yes avoid at all costs!! this house is worthless with this pump out system in place, the owners were very greedy and tried to lie to us about the costs involved, and also never returned our deposit! however our solicitor called the company that pumps out the septic and we were given the correct amount! roughly $600 per month and costs only going to go up! Not to mention all the upkeep and maintenance involved! The agent from Guardian a Joel Green was a terrible and fake smiles agent whom also tried to lie and never mentioned this important issues, we could have sued if the sale went ahead! we would not recommend him for selling anything! He should maybe get a job at 2nds World? Do not buy any house in that street, and always ask about septic, the agents with NEVER tell you! The house itself was terrible, kitchen colours terrible needs to be ripped out, scratched and chipped tiles, water proofing issues and warping in the bathrooms! terrible build quality, blocked front drainage pipe, will need to be dug up and cleaned out
