I think the Prankster is an underrated rogue. He is very funny and entertaining. He's kind of like Superman's Joker. I don't really consider Prankster as a forgotten rogue. He still appears in some comics and joins super villain organizations, such as the Injustice League and Intergang.

Whats even funnier, is that there is another gag villian in the same episode that can be seen as a legitimate threat. Pack Rat, and yet Condiment King is the more well known one and fan favorite.

I love these old silver age stories. Just crazy fun. Some of the best fun literature ever written for 8 - 12 year olds... and those of us who never quite got past that stage 😉

This story feels as if it would've been the introduction to Professor William Enders as a major recurring character, you'd think Superman would want to spend time with a guy who knew his father so well. However, it wasn't meant to be, he disappears and is never brought up again. Why? Well, I didn't understand it at first, but upon watching this vid, I think you hit the nail on the head, Professor Enders' existence calls into question everything about Superman's backstory, so they must've felt he wasn't worth it.

I think you didn't understand the story. The Joker could not be arrested again for the previous crimes because of his "death" but he could be arrested if he commited another crime, the problem is that in the story there was no evidence linking him to the crimes, but in the end Batman proves that he was behind the crimes and that's why the Joker tries to escape.

Thing's like that is why, until recently, i didn't care for Superman. Why give him weakness if he will eventually just say "no" to? After reading a few of his comics and watching some shoes for me, Superman is "super" when he is doing his best to be human. Being a prime example of our ideals and being a becon of hope. Really putting emphases on the "indomitable human spirit " in super form.
