i am from kerala. the phaley looks so similar to malabar irachi pathiri.

This is dope. I'm visiting all these places the next time I'm visiting gangtok.

Gangtokians at the end of the day will only go for aloo mimi and aloo cheura . As it is gangtok is a very expensive place and the food price in restaurants are over the top . Moreover when it comes to the quality of food compared to the plains the quality of food in gangtok is way low and unnecessarily expensive ....you don't even get a vada pav in gangtok that's sad .

It's called sha bhaley. Bhaley means bread in tibetan. What your having is sha bhaley. It's a whole different dish by it self.

(in lepcha)( Blood sausage ) Going more exclusive Making of local wine !! ZAAR !! ( JAAR ) / TONGBA !! All these dishes has a touch of childhood. Uplifting taste and culture !! Loved evrything about the video. Personally I'm glad that Tourgenie is expanding their genres of making travel simple. And food has to be one of the reason why we travel. 😁 Yay!! Team great work!!!!
