I have a different perspective on working or career as a whole, you have to weigh many variables and then pick which one is most suitable for you. I would give consideration in this order. 1. Does the job cater to your current and next foreseeable likely life stage (are you going for higher qualifications, trying to start a family, or need to look after someone, or need to pay off some loans fast?) 2. Opportunities for growth (is the role/company/boss/networking have better chance for career growth) 3. Compensation (which one pays better and allow you to build up wealth considering everything else equal or unknown)
