Finca La Cumbre/El Manzano
Finca La Cumbre and Finca El Manzano were founded in 1872 by Mr. Cornelio Lemus and have remained in the family for four generations. Mr. Lemus inherited the farms to his daughter Teresa Lemus de Álvarez, and in turn she inherited the farms to her daughter Elisa Álvarez de Díaz, who sold them to her daughter Margarita Lucía Díaz de López.
It is currently home to one of the best and most advanced ecological mills in the country, Beneficio El Manzano. It is cultivated with Gesha, SL-34, Pacamara, Pacas, Red Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Caturra, among others.
