We were lucky enough to be in Normanville when they put on this special menu of fresh made artisan pizza and pasta, created by Chefs, Tom Bennet and Luke Brown. Every mouthful was perfection and the ambiance of Little Sister was so warm and elegant. In our opinion the sharing of good food is one of the best experiences in life! restaurant location: Little Sister, 4/48 Main rd Normanville, South...

My city
lovely. gotta be careful barefoot though, don't you? need some beforehand toughening up I think. and need to pick your ground when you walk need to avoid calthrops and such. and ground where short lived woody little plants have grown up that kinda get snapped off near the ground when dead and brittle? because they leave short spike sticking up that'll go right through your foot. It's not open slather. But yep, it's great when you can do it. and better doing it in the country than on the beach. because following a country trail you get up and downhill and grooves in the land and avoiding rocks and pebbles which can make you walk in an entirely different way to usual. for you have to learn to put the weight on one leg/foot while the other 'tests' the next step and can withdraw quickly if it gets hurt: because you're still balanced on the other leg. normal walking 'perpetually falling' would have you plant your foot down with no way to stop. this makes for a kind of walking that in the end involves every muscle in the body because of the constant adjusting of balance. very good for you. quite different to our way of bulldozing across the land in our big boots, quite different.but, yep, gotta be careful. pick your ground. it's good. These girls are great. Sound like Kiwis to me though. :)
❤ bazw shax ❤
Nice vistas throughout the place!
Absolutely amazing. Hi guys I recommended you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place. Add these sounds in your bucket list.
The hill is the Mount Osmond, which is already outside of Brock Reserve/Beaumont.
I just love female feet!
I love girls walking barefoot, 🐾 especially on the stubble and rough 😊. Thanks for beatiful video and showing me your country 😅
Just beautiful videos for dreaming away by so astonishing young ladies.
It is such a great performance - really refreshing literally. H. Ger
I detected your Videos by Chance. There are really beautiful and so inspiring. H., 64, GER
You are some awesome young ladies. It is a pleasure to watch your video in the nature around Adelaide. I travelled four times to Australia when I was younger. Best, Heinz, 64, Germany.
Your videos are really nice, exhibiting so many positive energies and so refreshing like your literature session in the bath tub or walks on the fantastic beaches. When I was a lot younger and in really good health conditions, I loved my Australia (all over the country) visits very much. Particularly nature with its deserts, rain forests and superb beaches and wild-life is outstanding. A very friendly hi to you both from GER. Heinz
You guys are really entertaining! Inspiring recipe and good baking skills. An enjoyment to watch!
Being out there in the remote can be quite moving. Filming it for other's to see is a beautiful use of your time. 👍
Gorgeously beautiful and barefoot 👣😍
Nice video!!! i live and work barefoot since 2011
Nothing..or,,,Need..you?..which,,is,,,the,,,trouble? ;)
What an admirable lifestyle! Massive respect. I’ve discovered a love for going barefoot but it’s harder to do here in the States. I don’t know where life is taking me as I’m moving into adulthood (17) but I never want to lose my connection with nature. Hopefully I can do things like this someday. Keep it up, ladies.
Tom and Luke are amazing chefs. They source fresh and near.
We need to be honest with ourselves and ask 'what do I need'... Doing that and not feeling guilty is an important step. Getting away in bountiful SA is a bonus.
Thanks for sharing
Wouwwww beautifully video 👍 I love it and walk barefoot too it’s a wonderful feeling. I wish you a lot success and a long life ❤️❤️🥰
Thank you! We wish the same to you! 💛🤗😉
Wow. What a beautiful poem. Well done!
Oh, beautfull feets!
At least it wasn't a bathtub full of spaghetti.
What a quirky and amusing video. Love it!
Great job ladies. The flowers looked awesome. I walk and hike bare foot a lot as well. Keep toughening up those soles.
Thanks! Yes the wild flowers that time of year are lovely to rest the eye upon 🌸
It's always good and healthy to be barefoot. The more you do the more effective. Going barefoot is Natural. Our feet were meant /created to be bare and that's why there are a number of sensors/nerve endings under our feet which connects to our entire body from top to toe. When we walk on sand, gravel and tiny stones/ pebbles, our entire body gets a stimulation through these sensors.Apart from that it allows your body to connect with the earth and absorb free Electrons from the earth's surface. Go barefoot always for good health and healthy feet and soles
Beautiful 😍
It's good to have tried walking barefoot, it's very important for our health, the nerve endings under our feet are activated by doing this walk, we find a natural walk because when we place the heels it avoids tension in the lower back. I have been walking barefoot since may 2021, i walk in the forest, in the street and around a lake, i don't mind having the bottoms of my feet quite black, my feet are harder because my feet aren't lazy when i do this, another benefit of walking barefoot.
Absolutely! A great way to strengthen the feet
Beatiful nature and hike! Thought Aus was a barefoot haven, why not chuck the shoes and go barefoot more often? :)
Completely agree! Why not 🤗
Grounding. I thought it was disciplinary domestic imprisonment for children (at least if you talk about human beings). But now I see there is _this_ kind of grounding for human beings, too. Which is pretty much the opposite of the other grounding (because it's freedom). The ambiguities of language are sometimes pretty amusing xD
We believe firmly that freedom is an essential requirement of the human experience. You are right language is very interesting. It can easily be manipulated to convey different messages in different contexts
Really well done, from head to toe :) As they say in yoga 🌸: we feel the world with our hands and ourselves with our feet... 👣 I love the part in the video where you shout "freedom", I feel the same way about being barefoot when you see shoes as a kind of prison :) How cold/warm was it that day? ❄️😎 Kind regards 🤗
It was cool about 25 degrees Celsius 😊. I think we all need a little more freedom in our lives
Very beautiful nature. I am going barefoot in nature, but I like to walk barefoot in the city too.
Such a beautiful beach 🏝️ ❤
Beautiful! 😍
Brilliant looks amazing 🤩
Beautifully shot. It really captured the sense of the past in that harsh environment.
