I appreciate the comment and criticism! Sorry, it wasn't the Original Game or Original Mode, but anniversary mode is pretty convenient for Time Stone purposes.

@@mathinho1237 sonic cd, or you love it or you hate it. I played this game so much that the level design isnt bad for me anymore. The OST is one of the best part of the game and speed levels like stardust speedway or palmtree panic are amazing, i completely respect your opinion about the game

If your talking about the Thermal Vent area there is a key next to a switch @15:08 on part 12. That key will open the Thermal Vent area.

It's a solid first game for sure! I think the developers were trying to strike the balance of zones going fast and some being traditional platformering levels. Thanks for the comment!

I think he's playing on the remaster on Steam with visual mods. The game looks normal to me. What half are you talking about. Haven't gotten through the whole video yet.

@@sasukezero1234 just talking about the big black bars on the sides. I got the HD remaster tooand on my big TV it's a tiny box in the center of the screen. Great visuals but I just can't handle the smaller picture

I can see what you mean now. I play on a monitor, so I don't really notice it as much because of that. This is probably up there on my list of favorite jrpgs. Top 3 favorite Final Fantasy's for sure.

It's simple I like this version of the game the best! To be honest until you mentioned it. I never noticed it that the screen was not full. I was that immersed in the masterpiece that was FF8. Thanks for the criticism and the view!

It's the Remaster on PC! I basically left all the settings on default when i started it, minus some controls. The game itself it a LOT brighter in some levels like Lair of the Blind Ones and Hive of the Mantids.

Thanks for the initial criticism about the drills! However, I don't necessary need to refill EVERY weapon/item to max up to beat the game. As long as my primary stuff is filled up I'm happy to keep trucking along!
