I’ve been working hard in kindergarten
Long as I can remember
Knowing that I have to try
I learned all my letters and numbers
But there’s more waiting out there
More for me to learn
Every word I write,
Every problem I solve,
Every book I read, everything leads on…
To the big unknown filled with brand new roads
What I long to learn.

Because we know…how far we’ll go!
If we keep on working and growing and trying,
Our teachers will know
That we’ve learned enough to let us go, I know….
That everybody in this school has worked so hard to improve…
