People on these shows don’t understand the premise. It’s not supposed to be about looks. What they want is an easy way to find the perfect partner they can’t find on their own. Like, Tim, you couldn’t get what you wanted in your regular life what makes you think you can get it on a reality show?

This is not what MAFS should be about, the matchmakers really stuffed up and definitely did not do their research on this guy! This show made Katie go through all her insecurities again, and he has been gaslighting her massively. They need to fix this! She is such a beautiful and fun person and deserves someone who will cherish her! Tim was obviously in it for superficial reasons and is the least genuine person they e ever had on this show, what a Munter!

This was bound to happen because attraction is attraction and whether he looks like a 10 or not everybody has preferences to what they like. If Katie was being honest she would know that she doesn’t like him either…she’s just caught up in the emotions of the situation. Her saying why does this always happen means she just settled on the thought that Tim was it and ran with it. To be this upset over a stranger and in one night is ridiculous. She should’ve trained herself to expect something negative to happen in case it wasn’t the best scenario. At most, she should’ve just been dissapointed. And we can’t blame Tim either. Him not allowing her to touch him when he is clearly uncomfortable? Pls reverse the roles and ask yourself would your comments be the same if the man was constantly trying to hug, touch, kiss the woman who clearly doesn’t like him. It’s ark ward as fudge to watch but it’s valid. Both of their emotions are valid unfortunately. The only person to blame is the producers who knew that in reality someone with Tim’s build would prefer a smaller female psychologically speaking. The rarely prefer women the same size as them and those type of relationship dynamics only work out when they either grow bigger together or put in a situation where they notice each other outside of society pressures and fall for each other. Put in a high pressure situation they were already feeling like nothing they would say or do would be right

I like the Australian version better than American version. They have older people and a wider spectrum of what real world people look like. I so wish Tim stuck around just to watch her friend ( I forgot the blonde woman’s name who confronted him at the dinner party) unleash on him. She had him pegged from the start calling him the “deflector” and he needed to hear the truth. Something he has no idea about…what truth is.
