      Well noticed 👍 The track has more right turns than left, so I need to swap the tire sides to get the most out of them. Grip levels are the same even in the wrong direction in dry conditions. One tire lasts about 7-8 track days by swapping sides.

      Due to more right turns, the tires wear more on the right side. Swap sides when the wear difference is significant.

    The side of the front seat should rest on the lower lumbar area just about your buttocks. The key is to push/lift the bike with your back and legs and less with your arms. It is similar to putting a stone/wedge beneath a sloping wheel. This gives your energy to push back with your feet and straighten the bike.
