You’re lost boy! Speaking in tongues was in acts. Do you see any gentiles in the mix? The answer, no! Learn how to rightly divide the word of God. Your apostle is Paul. Jesus came for the lost sheep of Israel. God is spirit. You don’t use words to communicate with Him. You’re talking to your daddy Satan. Wake up boy!

Acts 2:38 is NOT for the church today. This was for the Jews.( the Jews require a sign). Paul said, according to MY gospel. 1Corinthains 15:1-4. Kjv. 1. Repentance is not a requirement for salvation, it is a fruit of salvation. 2. Baptism is not needed for salvation. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works ,lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8,9. Kjv.

You mean like give your money away? In times of need? When people are struggling? I understand a well off individual, but to force to tithe does not make sense. Provide to your congregation if you want and can, don’t obligate, guilt, or gas light.

I was scared to start tithing. I live poor. To live paycheck to paycheck would be a blessing. I am on social security and that money is gone before it even arrives (thankful to chime for giving your money sooner than you actually get paid but it just makes me broke sooner). I have learned with tithing- i truly have the blessing of heaven on me. I am taken care of so well. I get miracle money from the most random people and places- my needs are taken care of before they can even become something that would stress me. I would suggest to anymore who has the Spirit tapping them on the shoulder about tithing and the thought keeps coming up and you wonder if you could afford to do it-try it one month.

The laws governing non-Hebrew slaves were more harsh than those governing Hebrew slaves: non-Hebrew slaves could be owned permanently, and bequeathed to the owner's children, whereas Hebrew slaves were treated as servants, and were released after six years of service or the occurrence of a jubilee year.

If you really want to understand god and reality than read the first two statements of the Bible and close it. 1. In the beginning there was god. 2 and the word was god . (or with god depending on translation. So if there was nothing but god than only everything is made out of is god. And the second what is a word a vibration so if god is everything and than everything is a vibration … crazy how science backs that up.

Tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers. "Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language." - Acts 2:6 Speaking in tongues has been a leading feature of the Pentecostal-Charismatic movement ever since its inception. The first supposed occurrence of “tongues speaking” in the modern era took place at 11.00pm on Jan 1st 1901 in Topeka, Kansas, USA, when Agnes Osman claimed to possess and use this gift. Evidence that Biblical ‘speaking in tongues’ was a divinely-given ability to speak in real known foreign languages that the recipient had neither learned nor practised can be summarised as follows: • The Greek word for "tongues," or ‘glossa,’ in the New Testament typically refers to real languages (Rev 5:9, 7:9). • In Acts 2:8, during Pentecost, a diverse Jewish audience heard the Galilean apostles speaking in 17 different languages, demonstrating a miraculous ability to communicate real dialects, which startled the listeners. This same term for ‘tongues’ appears throughout Acts (Chapters 2, 10, & 19), indicating a consistent gift that reflects actual languages rather than unintelligible sounds, as noted in Mark 16:17-20. • Additionally, ‘dialectos’ is used in Acts 2:6 & 8, emphasizing the apostles spoke localized dialects. • In 1 Corinthians 12:10, Paul speaks of distinguishable kinds of tongues, separate from modern interpretations that often lack linguistic structure. • Paul also indicates in 1 Corinthians 14:21-22 that tongues serve as a sign of judgment to non-believers, drawing parallels to the Assyrian language, further supporting the idea that they were real languages. • Modern linguists have critiqued current expressions of 'tongues' as lacking discernible linguistic features, with experts like William Samarin concluding it to be "linguistic nonsense." Overall, the biblical references affirm that 'tongues' in the early Church were recognizable languages, contrasting sharply with contemporary practices.

If people would just take the time to read, interpret, and ask the Father then true understanding like this happens. Most people just go off tradition, and what's been TOLD to them by other people. There's different types of tongues the Bible says; tongues for interpretation, and prayer tongues between you and the Father uttered by the Holy Spirit. 🙏

Taught healing, knew at the cross, healed..like salvation, taught faith: When the Lord allows, it is still healed though separated from us to be with the Lord. You need to sit under seasoned healing ministries, praying believing, still Jesus will allow death on Earth at His will. Isaiah spoke on those taken for their protection.

Hey Young Buck, let me save you a few decades. Don't blindly follow these faith teachers. God's will is to ultimately heal us, but sometimes he takes the long route and not the quick and easy route. Sometimes he wants to do a deeper work in us than just instantly healing our bodies. I said sometimes, not always.

Paul wasn’t healed of his thorn in the flesh. Even though he prayed three times for the Lord to heal him. So, was that God’s will or not?

Peter infered Jesus healed Paul... However, Jesus prayer of faith heals the sick... means also I may not have, as "...requires fasting and prayer..." ie, seizure posessed sick to be healed.. But no matter what, Jesus allows death of the sick for His reasons, not ours... See 2Pray4Peace Melanie Pierce , 40 years ministry, said " I will declare the goodness of God forever, upon saying 'appears I am not getting healed in body, now'... 10 days before end of 3years battle... And now Melanie's song, Jesus ministry, continues so , to many more being comforted in Jesus testimony

There is absolutely nothing mysterious about Biblical "tongues" - and there is only *one* type - when referring to something spoken, they are nothing more than real, rational language(s); usually, but not always, unknown to those listening to them, but always known by the speaker(s) - it’s their native language (in some cases, it is a language the speaker has learned). Indeed, there are absolutely _no_ Biblical references to “tongues” that do not refer to, and cannot be explained in light of, real rational language(s), ‘Tongues’ (read, *‘languages’* ) - the divine gift, is the God/Holy Spirit given ability to effortlessly learn to speak and be understood through real-language barriers. It is not xenoglossy (as many people incorrectly assume), nor is it the self-created non-cognitive non-language utterance of what certain Christian denominations are producing today (modern tongues-speech). _Nowhere_ in the Bible is modern tongues-speech advocated or evidenced. And, as I'm sure you now, there are no "unknown" tongues - the word is a 16th century addition to the text. The word used is simply "language(s)".
