Hi! Apologies for the late reply! So far all good! No creaks and mesh still ok! It's strong. One negative comment I have is I hope I can lock the 3d armrest from rotating left and right. Other than that chair is perfect!
Can you hold the chair position after reclining ?

I literally don't mind more than 60hz! For me 60hz is more than enough! It looks really smooth so it's no bother for me.
