@@SwanAmity I have seen the finger trolleys on many sites, but some say that those that only have a large needle attached to a finger ring are very uncomfortable and then not used =( I thought maybe yours was made differently

@@cynthialeslein1786 I've often seen people wearing their finger stilettos incorrectly. In my applique videos, I show my followers how to wear them comfortably, so that the joint of your finger isn't impacted. I have never felt uncomfortable in mine. 💜

When working with applique that will be layered with other pieces, we only turn over the portions of the piece that will not be under another piece. If you're referring to the two ears I didn't turn in the video, they were not forgotten, but turning them in the video would have just been repetitive instead of instructive.

The freezer paper stays in until I'm ready to stitch the appliqué piece on the project. Then I peel the paper out and stitch the shape into place.

The paper comes out of the appliqué pieces only when you are ready to stitch and then it is easy to pop it out. Until you're ready to stitch, the paper stays in to keep the piece stable and easily stored.

I only carry Lisa's larger pattern, but you can also search Lisa Fryxell on Etsy and see if one of her other patterns might suit you, though I'm not sure that she has a stand alone Corgi Face.

The B-77 does allow you to program the needle down to land in the down position. I admit that when I got started with her, I was eager to test out some new thread and didn't take the time to read my manual before I got busy with some fun ideas. Fear not! If you love the B-77, you indeed have options on how you handle the needle down programming.

Let me check and see if that fabric is still available. It was from Island Batik, but I'm not sure if they are still doing that color background. I know they do have something similar though.

I'm happy to Cate! I've been using Ideal Seam Guides for about 8 years and I don't piece anything without them. Whenever I take one off the machine, I wash the sticky side with a little soap and water or Scrubbing Bubbles if there is a lot of lint. I rinse it and let it dry completely before I put it back in place on the machine. Eventually the sticky material will wear out, but for me that happens after multiple years of use. Sew Very Smooth sells inexpensive replacement strips of their sticky material and you can purchase them to rejuvenate your seam guide when it finally does need new sticky material. The one I opened up fresh from the new package last year is still going strong and in great shape despite how much I've had it in use! Thank you for your question! 💜
