How safe is this area?

why does the video have such dark lighting. it makes the home look so dim and dull

Its a mess. The rooms are awkward in size and juxtaposition the tiles and countertops and cabinetry is all strange, no cohesion. The color palatte is off.

This place is hideous and absolutely not worth 2 million. Even with all the square footage it feels confined and cramped with the small loving spaces and very low ceiling heights - notice the camera person does not show wide angled shots or pans up to the ceilings. The extra bedrooms are tiny. Why would you need a live-in housekeeper here it not a big enough property? - makes no sense. All of the fixtures and finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen just seems outdated and not "timeless" to me. The only thing I like about this property is the parking and lake front access to Belmont harbor.

I watch these videos for inspiration. I will have a lucrative career as you guys! I love real estate!

Great place I just need my equipment room separately from my laundry room u need the air conditioning for that room because equipment gets hot even in my home studio I sometimes need a fan on but I'm a 🤓 but love the place

Drinking disgusts me. Why are so many high end properties marketed with bars, wine cellars, and dedicated party spaces? Most wealthy people didn't get that way through riotous behavior.

My family lived on top floor of the James (?) House here when I was born. WAY back in the 1970s. Although I was a baby for most of it, I do remember that sweet view. Oh, and the living room had a white shag rug back then.

It's a great place has a lot of room. The living room is really set up well usually there isn't anywhere that doesn't have a doorway or windows in the way. If I was just starting to buy a home it be one like this one but I'm almost done paying off my house so that's something to look forward to. Thanks for the tour.

Way too much white and light colors. Way too much white in the kitchen. There are windows that you can’t even see out of; why? I don’t care how much a house is, I am not buying an overbearing of a white/light color interior. I don’t need, and am not suggesting lime greens and purples to be satisfied, but more color complementing and color design is better, with Earth tones.

I grew up on the next block. Wow this is crazy. I knew the people who lived there when the rent was 600 dollars a month. This is crazy
