I'm sure people there haven't worked out or just don't care that all of the damage done to the Earth's protective layers; over their country, due to their "production methods" (as shown in this video) is why the temperature and harmful UV radiation there has increased *massively* over the past few decades. Which in turn cooks crops with much higher levels of UV-B radiation causing far lower yields or resulting in totally failed crops. Which then puts pressure on the rest of the world to send constant aid along with people fleeing the country as refugees to other countries that already have their own problems to deal with. In a self-imposed "Catch 22".

Is breathing in all that plastic dust and particles good for the workers' lungs? I guess it MUST be, as the employers ALWAYS put the workers' safety and comfort first and would provide masks if it wasn't...yer, right! Also, just look at the wonderfully modern ventilation system installed by the caring management - see a brick wall and half demolish it. This alows fresh air in, and also the rain which washes the plastic from the workers' clothes and bare skin automatically. Genius! I bet the workers are very HIGHLY paid too. Dream on.

Does this Country not have a Ministry of Health & Safety? And no doubt the owners are living in the lap of luxury. These are no longer men, just cogs in a monstrous factory process, having to be grateful for a job. I despair!

I am appalled at the total lack of safety measures, the filthy & untidy state of the premises. Heaven alone knows that state of the workers health. Soul breaking repetitious processes.

This is disgusting on the part of TH-cam. From the videos I've seen India is the only place in the world that makes anything. And to me that's pure prejudice.

They have the law which require picking up the parts from the floor and then damping it on the floor. Work tables are prohibited by law, that is why all movies show this dumping and picking up parts from the floor. It creates the jobs and well being of all employees. Another law is to wear pijamas and safety sandals at work, near rotating machinery. Safety equipment is prohibited.

Why do they have to work in such filthy squalor? It costs nothing to sweep (or in these cases, rake) up the floor once in a while.

Only sad part about this video is, knowing they're getting paid peanuts. These Ladies and Gents help a lot of employers/employees.
