Oh my god the isolations... they have so much control
Another thing that is important for many people to see is that while the dancing itself is very different the concept can be traced to many traditional dances of Europeans and further out. For example I am familiar with Eastern European traditional dances and it’s also someone playing and then men and women taking turns to dance in center like showing self off to potential future spouse. It’s like a small thing but shows cultural connection.
No, no connection to europe
"Traced to", as in "this come from" or "this went to"?
@@musonda131 My comment isn’t meant to suggest that the connection is direct or that it is exclusive to Europe. I only mentioned Eastern Europe because it is what I am familiar with. There are similar dances all over the world in very opposite parts of the world. You can find it among native Americans across south and North America as well as among the most northern Scandinavian or Altaic people. I am definitely NOT suggesting that dance in the video is descended FROM Europe. I know that origin of all people is actually from Northern East Africa. But the dancing and traditions are sometimes similar because they represent something all people inherited in their culture. Some more and some less.
@@nzingan7670 yes, I may have expressed myself not clearly enough. I don’t mean the dance in the video is from Europe. I believe all people originated in North east Africa in the Fertile Crescent. Many people preserved these traditions.
wow, this is so awesome. Every time they add a sound and a new person comes up is very symbolic and sounds great. It also sounds very similar to Afro Brazilian dance.
True
@@t-larmonmusic3403 Hahahahahaha- It is the other way around. Afro-Brazilian dance sounds this. This particular rhythm is from a place where Zambia, Angola and The Democratic Republic of Congo meet. This is the area where the ancestors of Black Brazilians were taken into slavery from.
Superb 👌🏿👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Very nice
Hanga twayoya
