Hii! your friend must be in communication server, no safechat, must be active for every single day if they wish to get MI rank, I recommended for your friend play for each 1 hour and 30 minutes, and use a grammar, that's just a simply recommendation.

What is safechat
Safechat means your underage, the safechat will be required to stay since your under 13+ however if your 13+ the safechat will be gone.
