The FourBlock 2021 Pay It Forward Pledge - A Message from Our Founder
Such a profound video; understanding who you are outside of what you are is so important.
Asking for help?
Simon, sweetheart, whose picture is that? Those who are the parts of somebody else’s puzzle are anything but leaders.
Frigging Neurotypicals.
Powerful message. A lot of truth and wisdom here. Do the work. It's worth it. You'll be glad you did.
Im curious, did you participate in their program?
@@jarabe28in FourBlock's? Yes. Back in 2013-2014.
so much wisdom condensed into just 4 and half minutes
this message resonated so much
At 1:45, venting is introduced. I've thought that venting, when done as a release alone, is unhelpful. I think that if you vent without spinning it out to actions for change, it actually more deeply entrenches the negative narratives that align with the venting narrative. I'd love to hear feedback on that idea of venting.
Good information. Hard to believe that nobody took the time to edit out "um" that occurs way too many times in a professional speaker's video. Found this in many of Simon's videos. He has a lot of knowledge to share but needs to hire someone to edit "um" out of his videos like even amateur vloggers do to improve their much less important videos.
Hi. Very good information. Mike Miller discussed how they went about evaluating and assessing the ACTUAL TAP CURRICULUM. Is there a way to get the technical review and deep dive of 2012, 2014, 2016, and now in 2019?
Personally, I totally like asking for help, it is a wonderful skill, I love to help... but beside my wife it is very hard to ask for help. I can improve here... a very mature skill..thanks!
Wow, what a good video!
Fantastic way to commmunicate the path ahead for us transitioning.
Well articulated! Love it. Thank you.
😀
I'm tempted to just quote this entire clip ver batim on the Facebook threads of all my conservative and far left friends before I try to convince them to consider that they have blind spots in their ideology... 🧐🤔💥
Great message!
You help needs no help for you 😁😁😁😁
Excellent...the title says it all. The actual work of forming relationships doesnt change....
What’s next can’t wait !! The secret to ranking > Promo-SM!!!
Spot on! Thank you.
nobility of service, I got little tears in my eyes. People who sacrifice something that’s bigger than their lives, although devotion and surrender to a Higher Power is the best experience ever. I am speaking it from my experience and maybe this is why people who do this are fulfilled in life. Thanks for that powerful short video! Bless to all people in the world, be a leader, dare yourself! ❤️
amazing
I shared it. THANK YOU SO MUCH ---be happy ❤!!! #1 spot to increase your channel's engagement P-R-O-M-O-S-M.
I need somebody (Help) not just anybody (Help) you know I need someone, help So much younger than today (I never need) I never needed anybody's help in any way (Now) but now these days are gone (these days are gone) I'm not so self assured (And now I find) now I find I've changed my mind And opened up the doors Help me if you can, I'm feeling down And I do appreciate you being 'round Help me get my feet back on the ground Won't you please, please help me In oh so many ways (My independ-) my independence seems to vanish in the haze (But) but every now and then (now and then) I feel so insecure (I know that I) I know that I just need you like I've never done before Help me if you can, I'm feeling down And I do appreciate you being 'round Help me get my feet back on the ground Won't you please, please help me When I was younger, so much younger than today I never needed anybody's help in any way (Now) but now these days are gone (these days are gone) I'm not so self assured (And now I find) now I find I've changed my mind And opened up the doors Help me if you can, I'm feeling down And I do appreciate you being 'round Help me get my feet back on the ground Won't you please, please help me, help me, help me, ooh Songwriters: John Lennon / Paul McCartney Help! lyrics © Downtown Music Publishing, Kobalt Music Publishing Ltd., Sony/ATV Music Publishing LLC

What a wonderful guest you were Mike and what a great service you are doing for veterans with FourBlock!
That feedback has to be constructive, to-the point, and well justified in order to be received and accepted. Otherwise, it's not feedback; it's criticism or vague antilogy. It's wise to seek for feedback, but not from anyone; just from people of good intention and common sense.
Giving feed back it a set of skills..being open and honest without being brutal
This is deep skill based or personal, l need to work on things feedback is it set of skills .. Be open and honest but not brutal.
4:50 I want to have a conversation with you, but I don't want to have it. It makes me incredibly uncomfortable. I'm naturally avoidant of these kind of things and I would rather not do this. I'll tell you right now: the conversation that we are about to have, I don't want to have. In fact it would be much easier to me not to have this. But I'm going to tell you what I'm going to tell you, not because I want to do it (because I don't), but I love you and I'm going to tell you because I think you need yo hear it and if it makes you uncomfortable what I need you to do is understand that I don't want to do this and I'm doing it because I'm giving you a gift-- Not I'm giving you a gift. Please recieve this a a gift. Because I don't want to do it.
a shame the audio is so poor, mic rattling
I am an eternal supporter of FourBlock, they were invaluable during my transition from the military. Thankfully it’s been awhile since I’ve had an MRE , but I’d love to give this a shot.
Only the truth can set us free . That is what I know and believe with all my heart . That is right I do respect honest people in my life and avoide dishonest ones . Someone who can not stand criticism about himself in this life definitely has problem - that is what I also know after 48 years of my life here . I respect people who say the truth about me to my face and avoid those who pretend to be my friends and when I do not see or do not hear they "put knife in to my back " ( like we use to say here .) Better to have one true friend ( or even do not have at all ) than to have 10 or more false friends .

Wow powerful

Thank you for this video, it definitely added something to my life today which I could reflect on.
great example!
Very insightful, thanks for sharing!
