Absolute stand up geezer. First memory, NUS at Scarborough, late night, no money for the whipround, Keith pulled out some notes. Years later when we went running together on Sunday mornings in Noth London, followed by breakfasts for the runners. He took it in good heart when we started yawning about his explanations for the bare RSJ crossing the living room, and the lighting cables nudging their way out of the walls. On top of it all he was a United fan, (there's only one United). Lots of love for his family

Meh. Sub standard equipment, dirty unkempt studios just made for a revolting jam experience let alone recording. We used to jam at Alaska regularly but as a last minute option. There are far better studios out there in London if you look.

Still very moving. Bill must have been a good bloke because Mike is certainly not a bad one.

Excellent expose on the benefits of collective bargaining. Are you listening, Labour? Shattered is the myth surrounding the period leading up to the so-called winter of discontent in 1979. From a situation where the levels of inequality were decreasing during the time when 8 out of 10 of British workers had some part of their terms and conditions set by collective bargaining, we've now reached the point where less than 3 out of 10 have that protection, with the consequential widening of inequality. Don't you just love capitalism!!!
