“Goodnight” - a lullaby by the Beatles
This song was the last cut on one of the sides of the “White Album” that came out in 1968-69. It’s probably a Paul McCartney composition although attributed to Lennon & McCartney as was their agreement. Just learning it and it seems appropriate for today.

Joel really knows how to use a looping device well. He sets up the groove with a simple beat on the guitar box that stays throughout. Just prior to his solo he plays a few chord changes along with Jeff on bass (throughout) who is off camera on Joel’s left. Losing It

At the Santa Cruz Uke Club in 2017 with Patti Maxine, Topher Gayle & Jeff Davis. Ironically with "lost chord" - I was really blanking out on this one chord every time it came around in the chorus. Like my old Dad used to say, you just make it part of the shtick, in that case, and it all works out. Such a fun evening it was for us!

Love the song and your rendition. Thanks for the lesson!
Hi Janet - I hadn't seen this one before. If this is an original - I like it. I have been playing my Guitar that I bought after the last CCMC since February. It's been over two month's now. I am enjoying the base strings but sometimes my fingers get lost.
Thanks for this, I'll give it a try!
Hello Princess of Purple. You made a very nice tutorial video and finished it off sweetly serenading us with a song of hope.
Too cool Janet! Loved the band & arrangement.
