Now all we need now are the other cartoon network shows on dvd Not only johnny bravo and cow and chicken to complete the trifecta But i also want sets of chowder, flapjack and uncle grandpa
Plumbs touch, apples touch, grapes touch, kiwis don't touch. I learned from the best.
@@mellowfellow-h8r sacha is that you!
@@brinndwyerfilms1579 it is.
It really is great to see another collector and great job.
There is a much better version of And All Through The House as the opening section of the 1972 anthology film Takes From The Crypt.
Well well well look who's on TH-cam and puts effort into his videos. 😎😉
Thanks sculdy
My dude brought back the 2022 video but even funnier
@@Voorhees25 thank you!!
All through the house was a remake of the original story from the I believe 1976 Tales from the Crypt movie.
Dead Right always been my favorite
I ❤ Demi , i always thought she was beautiful , i ❤ed her in " The 7th Sign "
" The Death Of Some Salesman " is my favorite Tales From The Crypt episode ❤
@@ToniWilson-c4q great pick!
It's funny, for the longest time, I thought Christopher Reeve was an anti-horror prude after refusing to accept Wes Craven as a potential director for Superman IV, so his involvement in Tales From the Crypt came as a surprise, especially with such a depraved episode. Turns out they just vehemently disagreed on the story and parted on bitter terms (or at least Reeve did, lol). Death of Some Salesmen is such a good, unhinged and funny episode. I still can't get over just how well Tim Curry did with three similar yet so distinct characters, and how all three family members having the same actor drops a doozy of a hint that they're a... closely bred family.
Fitting punishment, split second, television terror, carrion death, death of some salesman, dig that cat, for crying out loud, food for thought, and probably and probably spoiled the only ones i can think of off hand
Tales From The Crypt was cool Tales from the dark side sucked. I have the TFTC box set and the 2 movies need to get the cartoon series on DVD as well.
So what happened was. I’m in my 40s now. I was in 5th grade when I first saw it. So this was years ago! We had just finished watching Family Matters and we changed the channel. There was a Santa Claus so I just assumed it was a Christmas movie or show. That is until it got to the part where the woman killed her husband. I was like 😳what kind of Christmas show is this?! But that’s not even the jest of it!! Now that being said NEED I LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT I DID NOT SEE THE OPENING WITH THE CRYPT KEEPER!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
How fitting your number 1 is the very first episode I ever saw! There’s a funny backstory to when I first saw this. Tell ya later!
So annoying
@@JassminaVellucci i know someone more so
Lot of people mispronounce Brad Dourif's name. It's pronounced as 'Door eef'.
At first I was like “that Crypt Keeper impression is pretty bad.” Then you kept doubling down on it. It was still pretty shoddy, but won me over by the end.
@@brandoncarter439 thank you?
@ I liked that you kept it the whole video,
Great Haul In ! Lots of Great Movies There 😊
Thank you!
Great list. I would swope out. Came the dawn. Good episode, but I would replace that one with a few other episodes
And All Through the House is a poor rehash of segment of the same name in the 1972 TFTC movie, and I do mean poor
My Top 5 are The Third Pig, 'Til Death, Cutting Cards, Death Of Some Salesman and Carrion Death!
❤
Brinn, hit me up. I have stuff (mostly slip-cover related) that you may have interest in
I'm 28 too! Hashteroidz look chronic
Appropriate that Jeffrey Jones is in an episode called Creep Course...
It's so cool to see a young guy loving what I did in my adolescence. Your collection and taste are impeccable.

Demi Moore is an amazing actress have you seen the substance ✨
@@toe854 yes! I loved it.
Last year I told my wife "Happy Anniversary, Baby" using the same tone as "Three's a crowd" on our actual anniversary. Needless to say, she was not amused 😂😂😂
Hi from dj Paul from Dublin Ireland 🇮🇪 room tour out of 10. 4
You skipped over the plankton sticker on the tv!
And all through the house is my fave too! When i was 8 and saw the woman get stuck in the closet while the creepy psycho climbs up the ladder and peers in the window made me stay up a few nights. Great show
How’d you find cable guy that’s a rare/expensive one
@@jamescarter7347 caught an eBay seller slippin. Still paid like 22 for it. Way cheaper than what it usually goes for but still paid as much as you would for a new movie.
Nice
this is so cool! i was wondering how long youve benn collecting for? also you have a really good taste in movies
Thank you man. I’ve been collecting my whole life and I’m 28
I could never get into the episode, "Yellow," I'm going to have to watch it a few times when I go back to binging the series
I just watched all these. I love Tales from the Crypt. I was 3 years old when I first saw the Crypt Keeper. I came into the living room in the apartment. It was 11:30 PM I had woken up from a nightmare lol. I came in, saw mom sitting on the couch and I came around the side of the couch to get comfort from my mom because of the nightmare and there pops the crypt keeper from the coffin after they do the house tour to the basement and pan in on the crypt keeper laughing and jump scaring the viewer. Mom said I fell to the floor face first screaming. She said she was up until the next morning trying to get me to sleep - after talking with the police because it being an apartment - I managed to scream in a terror that caused concern for the nearby neighbors. Didn't do a thing for my nightmares but made my mom laugh her head off because as she was trying to 'comfort' me, she was also laughing hysterically. My family were a funny bunch. My grandfather had a huge troll costume and came out with it and I evidently screamed, ran away and hid up in a tree for several hours as a kid. lol - I could go on about my family and their funny pranks but, I was either going to continued to be traumatized at our family reunions or I had to get in touch with my horror side. I chose option B. Love Tales from the Crypt, took about a year and a half after being traumatized by the crypt keeper to appreciate the show, but you can't beat the classic shows. Miss this and Tales from the Dark Side and The Twilight Zone 80's version. Just can't find good tv like this anymore. My favorite Crypt Story is the twins stuck together and the man who married all those older women and took their money and at the end, they entrap him in the tomb with them.
Most of my favorites were in the honorable mentions, but several were on your list, and more importantly, your #1 is my #1. 👍
Here’s the thing with Keanu, at this point in time most see him as John Wick. So eventhough he’s done Bill and Ted and the matrix and he did those legacy sequels, it just didn’t feel right. In Bill and Ted face the music Keanu is doing a impersonation or a sullen version of that character. In the new Matrix, the beard etc most included myself just sees him as the John Wick character and not Neo. Ironically enough I am almost intrigued to revisit those Matrix sequels you picked up because they’re probably more interesting than the sequel we recently got.
@@leeroygreene85 what’s up Leeroy! Hope you’re doing well, man. I agree. I feel that same way when a lot of actors keep the same look for every role. Most recent, Adam Sandler is keeping his beard for happy Gilmore 2 and I won’t be able to think of him as that character as much for that reason
Congrats on the new apartment. Is it your first time moving out? Not bad Beetlejuice impression 😉
Thanks Brody
Anyone ever see the 1972 film where Joan Collins played the same role?
😊
Before the dvds and TH-cam uploads, as a kid in the 90’s I’d watch the reruns that aired I think on Fox late at night on Saturday (didn’t get hbo until the series was over and never caught too many reruns on that channel). It was edited severely but I still looked forward to it. The two that always seemed to air the most (and became two of my favorites) were Carrion Death and Korman’s Calamity. Love the silliness of Korman’s and probably like Carrion even more. Only gripe? The cryptkeepers’s intro to Carrion Death with the comic cover art for the show basically spoiled the ending lol. But, it’s still on my all time top 3 list.
If you see any Monterrey Midnight Madness big box VHS, they are collectable.
Operation friendship!!! That one is amazing!
It's been a long time since I've seen this show (it's in copyright limbo, so there's no shame in watching reuploads of it), but my favourite is easily "Showdown". One of the most twisted half-hour ghost stories I've ever seen with the greatest twist/scene in TV history to boot. Sure, the twist itself would become a cliché, but the way "Showdown" executes it is so well-done and brilliant that it has to be seen to be believed.
The Kidnapper scared me the most as a kid. Monsters and ghosts are one thing, but would someone actually steal a baby?
In no particular order, my fav 13 episodes🤗 13. Lover Come Hack to Me 12. Three's a Crowd 11. For Crying Out Loud 10. The Trap 9. Top Billing 8. Doctor of Horror 7. Beauty Rest 6. Split Personality 5. Oil's Well That Ends Well 4. Only Skin Deep 3. Split Second 2. The Assassin 1. Death of Some Salesman
"Beauty Rest" is a good one. The whole thing screams "Winning is good, but for the love of god, don't obsess over it to the point you commit heinous acts to do so and won't even know what you'll win", and it's a classic morality play too. Tales from the Crypt in general was basically that older brother who scared and grossed you out with freaky bedtime tales, but made sure to make them include worthwhile messages that help shape you into who you are.
Split second is great. Good list
@@2011americanman Split Second masterfully twisted up the usual "Cosmic Justice" formula by making you feel ashamed for pretty much everyone involved. Another classic Crypt story.
Did this fella say "deBt"??? Like, with the "B"?🤔
@@Dr.Loomis666 yes and it has been haunting me in my dreams. Thank you.
