Yes they can live a normal life but still it depends on severity Most patients come up with relapsing and remitting patterns again and again So we prescribe them medical treatment , if responding then good otherwise pt have to go for surgical option and again surgery has it’s own risk and complications .

Yes it can be cured and definitely it can lead to ulcer as NSAIDS are one of the major cause of peptic ulcer disease We have to stop the drug causing it, dietary modification is very important and patient must be counselled well.

Doctor gave me esophagus manometery,ph monitoring

Are you having difficulty in swallowing solids or liquids or both? Yes your doctor wants to see the pressure of the esophagus that’s why he has asked for manometry and Ph monitoring for GERD. But if the facility of manometry is not available you can go with barium swallow and endoscopy to rule out the cause of dysphagia as these test are easily available.

To make a confirm diagnosis doctor needs a complete detail history You need a proper workup including endoscopic biopsy and other associated autoimmune disease workup , CBC , iron profile I would recommend you to concern your nearby doctor or it’s better to go for a gastroenterologist. Start taking vitamin and iron supplements.

Basically gastritis main specific tests huty hain jesy endoscopy type Lekin initially hm blood tests krwa skty hain jesy CBC main anemia aur infection ka pata chal jayay ga Ya H.pylori antibodies bh hm krwa skty hain Baqi phr ek series of test h H.pylori k liye jis main different tests hain jesy urea breath test , stool antigen etc.
