MR2: All the Ruckus
Jody tells us about his fully custom-and we mean fully custom-2009 Honda Ruckus. You can count how many stock parts remain on just one hand. The rest of this ride comes from his vision. Shot in Edmonton, Alberta.

Mario tells the story of his 1951 Buick Roadmaster Riviera-an all-original American steel beauty from an era gone by. According to him, they sure don't make 'em like they used to. Shot in Edmonton, Alberta.
Nice
Greetings from Tucson, Arizona USA. Just discovered your channel. You have a beautiful Roadmaster! My 1st car memories began 1950 or so.. I was with Mama when she bought a 1950 Coronet Deluxe. My gramma's sister had a 1951 Buick Super 4-door - all 4'9" and 98# of her. and my gramma - same petite size, had a 1951 Ambassador.
We are blessed to have rescued a 52 straight eight special 4dr.. 97% original ! Paint & interior will be completed in 2024!
These cars were "battleships". My parents had a yellow, 1953 Buick Super 4-dr. sedan from 1954-'59. My uncle owned a blue, 1950 Roadmaster, same body style, from 1950-'56, until he traded it for a new, light green Ford--ugh! I'd take either of those old Buicks today--or maybe even that Ford. Your '51 is a real, unmolested gem. There's no mistaking the Buick straight-eight engines for anything else.
Glad to see somebody respects the importance of stock originality. Too many cars from this era are ruined as customized low-riders.
Integrity. That is the KEY!
Looks like something the Men in Black would drive.
I had a 50. They are slow as hellfrom the get go but once it gets going is a comfy ride. It sways like crazy but that was 50s idea. Those 4 springs were a joy ride.... the most unique muffler for GM. You could tell it was a Buick by the sound....
Wish you could have put in driving scenes without music. Love to hear the old straight 8. I had an identical car from 1979 to 1983.
I believe I own this car now. If you can get me the vin# I would be curious to find out.
I know someone that has a 51 Buick Super all original with a straight 8 in Taos NM. It has a push button trans shifter. I use to start it up every week. It was so quiet, I thought it wasn't running. I remember the tiny 1 brl carb. This car has the original upholstery. The suspension had hydraulic A-arms! You don't see that anymore. Great memories. Unfortunately, he's not selling.
That sounds amazing. Any chance they'd be willing to share a bit about it? Send us an email at eldon@moonrckt.com!
@@moonrckt6348 I lost contact with him, but I'll ask his brother in law if he can get me his info
No Buick 8 had a 1 barrel carb. Ever. And no Buick had a push button shifter. Ever. The hydraulic A arms were a combination shock absorber/upper A arm. In the 40s, all GM cars had those, and Buick and Oldsmobile kept them into the 50s. 54 I think.
Those rims are are sweet, nice build.
Beautiful restoration
