requested by @luka3377 ! go check his channel out. this is a perfect example of a kitchen clock that hang and still hangs in a kitchen of an average czech/slovak grandma.It is a TIKTAK green colored 8 day clock which strikes every half hour and every hour on 3 chime rods with the classic Bim Bam sound. lovely clock. thanks for watching! #clocks

Tysm for doing my request!! This clock is just amazing for me... The color is awesome, it sounds in tune, and it has a very unusual movement! I mean, the winding holes are pretty closd to the center, so that's kinda interesting.
Cool! You got a lot of new clocks. My personal favorites have to be the the black forest painted clock, the HAC (Junghans), and the Gustav Becker of course :> Btw, if you ever feel like it, could you make a video of your Tik Tak kitchen clock? I know you've already shown it in a collection video, but I love that thing and it'd be interesting to see it again.

@theantiquescollector2199 Zkrátka mě přestalo bavit sbírat hodiny. Před rokem a půl jsme se přestěhovali a tak jsem musel všechny hodiny sundat a moje diváky to už teď ani pořádně nezajímá

I am so glad i found this video. Our clock sounds funny. Just given to us. Doesnt sound like this at all. Any idea how to fix?
I took it apart. It looks like in your video there is some sort of white pad on the hammer that makes the dong sound. Mine is tapered and a black color. Do you know what this part is called and where to order it?
@@Giddygirl1 that was a tissue 😭 i tried making the sound more mellow but it didnt do much. i have the same problem as you, guess they just sound tinny like this

Yipeee this works again!! I had the same issue with the loose bladespring on my cuckoo quail, but it was actually the one from the cuckoo release lever, and the clock wouldn't stop striking. Now I stuck it back on with just a little bit of superglue and it seems to be going fine...

@theantiquescollector2199 NOOOOO :(( That's what's going on with my Hermle Westminster... It ran fine for 2 days, then stopped, then ran fine again for 4 days straight (because the chimes gave up and the release lever was lifted away from the cannon pinion), and now it stops again. There's no way in hell I'm dismantling that sht to clean it now...

the chains on them werent working properly. they'd get jammed, often fly out completely.
