Love the video, better than HF's video for the gasket, freezing and zooming. The gasket is one-way, not symmetrical. I have not seen an official video or instruction on which way the gasket is to be installed, or if it matters. Either way, my lid leaks like a sieve.

I know this is an old post. Hold the little ampoule in the middle this way you have the tapered ends visible. If you look.,you will see little white lines on the ends. This is where to put pressure. They snap easy. Also hold the liquid under your tounge This way it goes into your bloodstream quicker. You might also feel a piece of glass before you swallow it. Just fish it out with your finger but its unlikely if you break it on the line

I find the cremes horrid. The original Quality Streets were all toffee, chocolate, nuts and caramel. With some montelimar nougat as well. New sub here as you are an easy watch. My fave is a coconut eclair. As an ex-Pat living in the US, I like to indulge once in blue moon.

I just got mine today. And working in the medical field , I have experience opening glass ampules but we actually use a special filter needle to draw out any medecines that are in glass ampules. So I’m a little afraid of ingesting tiny shards of glass. I’m going to have to “ borrow” some filter needles and syringes from work to extract this before pouring in a shot glass.

They're actually all shite now sadly! Quality Street were always the best. Yiou really ought to do some research on the original Quality Street which were inspired by the wonderful J.M. Barrie’s Story 'Quality Street'. (who wrote Peter Pan) He was responsible for ‘Quality Street’ in 1936 just before he died in 1937. But the older tins are now very valuable and collectible, and had beautiful images on the lid of the characters from the story on the tin, not the plastic shite (tub) and now, they’ve even done away with the lovely noisy foil wrappers that you still have there; - now paper!?? Utter rubbish - you need to see a 1960s Christmas to see the REAL Quality Street! 🙂

For anyone wondering how to clean the red silicone thing full with stubborn dirt, just soak it in bleach for 1-2 minutes and the dirt will easily vanished🤩

Super Donuts were a favorite of mine back when I was a student at Vern Riffe School in Portsmouth Ohio, and it still is. The fact that it can now be found at places other than schools make me want to relive a part of my childhood over and over again.
