I engrave nickel plated brass and brass. Its not as smooth as a laser or larger engraver but it definately does the job. You need to baby it a little bit with metal. go slow.

@@lunyeeofficial I too am waiting. I was told to try Easel, which seems fairly straightforward to create a file, and I can move the spindle and X/y from Easel and my laptop, but I can't find anything on how to zero out the X/Y on the machine and then send to carve from Easel. Some software use and carving tutortials would be so helpful. I feel lost.

@@lunyeeofficial I have been using Inkscape +Candle to do engrave. Inkscape converts to Gcode easily and loads right into candle :)

@@lunyeeofficial I am having issues getting my Gcode from fusion 360 to the 3018 Ultra. I have tried getting candle to load, thinking maybe I can copy + paste the code there, but to no avail. Please advise

In laser mode, it can engrave on stainless steel surfaces, and in CNC mode, it is equipped with a 500W spindle and can engrave aluminum.
